房子過戶后， 客戶都會問我這個問題。 我不喜歡前房主之前定下的顔色。 打算重新涂涂墙，收拾一下 然後入住。 但我該如何找師傅，選用油漆牌子？該注意的事項是什麽？ 關於以上種種的問題，我這裏就做個小總結。 這些都是我個人經驗和上網看其他師傅的經驗分享，好讓大家做個更好的選擇， 少走歪路。 1. 舊漆是否要刮掉？ 舊漆如果是一九七〇年以前刷的舊漆！你就得刮乾淨！因為老漆含有鉛、重金屬對人體健康有害！現在的油漆全部已經不含重金屬，無毒。 2.油漆牌子有幾種選擇？ 最好品質油漆叫著 Sherwin Williams 。這個牌子油漆價格貴一點、品質好濃、幾乎聞不到味道、粉刷一次、可以維持七八年以上不用再刷。 第二牌子 Benjamin Moore 。 是一般油漆工會指定材料！品質也不錯。這個也是高端油漆牌子，是很多裝修師傅推薦。  第三個油漆牌子！叫做 Kelly Moore 油漆相對來説比較稀、常常要刷兩道手續才能覆蓋舊漆！有點臭味！安摩尼亞味。但價格比較平明化。 有時，還有在Costco上面看到打折。 $60 for $100 Value 。 現在的油漆已經大致上都是水容性油漆、無毒、但是有的油漆會臭。它含有胺摸尼亞。買油漆時，需看桶子說明-千萬不要買有臭味油漆、尤其是要粉刷室內的。市面上有Zero VOC, zero Odor/Zero VOC, Low Odor等。强烈推薦大家去油漆專賣店多看看，多詢問店員。 3.裝修師傅手工如何，工錢如何計算？ 在灣區，師傅很多，有韓國人，老墨，老中。 很多時候面試的師傅個個嘴巴吹的很漂亮、先報低價然後工程又轉包他人。工程品質無法保障、然後用各種理由加價！不給錢就停工。這些大家都是要小心，以避免糾紛。大家必須確認工程是由師傅自己動手做。  面試的問題如下： 一、舊漆是否要鏟除？把牆壁上的灰塵清除，弄乾净再上漆？底漆prime 是否粉刷？ 二、油漆材料，材料是誰負責？什麼牌子？工程要刷幾篇？  另外，刷一道油漆！兩道油漆價格都不一樣！ 三、粉刷室内墻，是否補牆裂痕修補洞？膠水Caulking誰買？ 四 、粉刷室内，師傅是否會幫忙移走家具？如果是要移动家具是否會另外收费？ 五、刷法不同！價錢就不同。可問問師傅是一什麽方式刷？ 六。 垃圾費，誰...
